Boscastle has a food safety system based on HACCP principles (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). We have also achieved the standard of process control required to enter into an approved arrangement incorporating good hygenic practice and product integrity with the AQIS (Australian Quarantine & Inspection Service).

External audits are performed every 3 months by AQIS and every 6 months by SGS Australia Pty Ltd.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Boscastle is committed to having an active community involvement. We support many organisations. A number of these organisations are committed to alleviating hunger within our immediate community in Melbourne. We support such organisations as: Sacred Heart Mission and One Umbrella. We also choose to support Very Special Kids and the Royal Children’s Hospital.

AWARDS

Boscastle pies are well recognised in national competitions as the benchmark of the perfect gourmet pie. Each year Boscastle receives awards in all categories entered. Overall winner 1998 and Runner up 1993.

Winner of over 15 gold medals, 19 silver and 7 bronze since 1993.

Every Boscastle Pie entered in the Great Aussie Pie Competition has won a medal.
